How you can help and support the Cathedral

The volunteer, prayer and financial support of Calvary Cathedral is vital to its mission and ministry. Keeping the building maintained and repaired, holding Cathedral and other services, keeping the Cathedral open and functioning for worshippers, pilgrims, visitors of the many events in the Cathedral requires many resources.

Calvary Cathedral receives no funding from the Diocese or National Church and all operations are supported by the generosity of individuals, trusts, foundations and other resources.  There are many ways to support the Cathedral and we do not expect everyone to do all of those suggested (although some might!).

We invite you to get involved in the life of the Cathedral, becoming a part of our community making a significant contribution now and for the future.

Volunteer

Become a volunteer, join us in caring for the people and the building

Volunteers are the life-blood of any Cathedral, acting as greeters and ushers, lectors and communion ministers, office helpers and property support persons and in a host of other ways.

Prayer

Join our Prayer Chain

You can join our prayer community and help our church members, their family and friends and the world through prayer efforts.

Financial Donations

Financial contributions can be made in person on Sundays or visits to the church or through the postal service and these donations are gratefully received for the Cathedral's work.
