The Outreach Committee’s mission statement is to reach out to people and institutions in our community that are doing charitable works and to offer regular financial support. They currently are focusing on assisting “The Family Connection” with consumable supplies. If you would like to assist in this valuable service to the community, we would be happy to have you join us.
The Outreach Committee meets the 1st Monday of the month at 7:00 pm at the church.

Yes, there will be a fall rummage sale; our neighbors depend on it!
Several people have called and stopped at the church inquiring about the dates for the rummage sale.
Clean out, clean up, and deliver your saleable items to the Cathedral during collection weeks only.
¨ Items accepted: Clothing, linens, toys, household items, furniture, tools, etc.
¨ Boutique Items: Collectibles, antiques, china, silver, jewelry, “the nice stuff”.
¨ DO NOT BRING: Computers, telephones of any kind, TVs.
Deliver clothing and household items to the downstairs classroom; large items, i.e. furniture, to the undercroft. For convenience, stop by the office to have the 13th street door opened.
Join the pricing group Mondays, from 9:00 am—12:00 pm, beginning June 7.
Come and go as you are available. Future collection/work dates in the next editions of the Caller!

Donations - please only bring them during the slated weeks and you can find those weeks on the web-site calendar...we know they are clogging up your house...but we can't have them clog up the church!
Rules for donations:
1. Deliver clothing on hangers, if you need hangers we will deliver them to you otherwise you can pick them up at the church
2. Dirty, soiled or broken will be discarded, clean them or throw them yourselves
3. No computers, cell phones, tvs, anserring machines, regular phones
4. Hold large items until Sept if possible

If you want to help price items for the sale, join in on every Monday from 9-10 starting on June 7th.
